Yes. Since our founding in 2016, On Course Experience has never canceled an event or failed to honor a signed agreement on its originally scheduled date. We understand the importance of reliability when planning a golf tournament, and our experienced team members take that responsibility seriously. Rain doesn't stop us—if the golf course is open and the tournament is being played, we're there.
4. How experienced are your team members?
Our team members have a minimum of seven years of experience with On Course Experience. Each team member also receives a minimum of 12 hours of training. Their familiarity with the equipment and golf tournament environment helps ensure consistent, professional service and an enjoyable experience for participants.
5. Can the golf ball air cannon help raise money for our charity?
Absolutely. Many charity tournaments offer golfers the opportunity to participate in exchange for a donation. Our team members engage with golfers, encourage participation, and help organizers maximize the fundraising opportunity. The tournament organizer determines the participation fee and retains the funds raised.
6. Will the golf ball air cannon slow down our tournament?
Our team members, who are also golfers, understand the importance of maintaining pace of play. They prepare the equipment, assist participants efficiently, and manage the activity to minimize delays. Proper hole selection and coordination with golf course management also help keep play moving smoothly. Our goal isn't simply to launch a golf ball as far as possible. We focus on providing an exciting, enjoyable experience while helping golfers track their shots and keeping the tournament moving efficiently.
7. What does On Course Experience provide?
We provide the golf ball air cannon, all necessary equipment, an experienced team member to assist participants and manage the activity, and travel to the event. All we require is the use of a golf cart.
8. Is On Course Experience insured?
Yes. On Course Experience carries insurance for its golf ball air cannon activities. Insurance information can be provided to tournament organizers and golf course management upon request.
